8-12 Week Relationship Coaching Program

Purpose:
My Relationship program is an 8-12 session commitment. It consists of working together, exploring and understanding the core elements of the “three legged stool” method: trust, communication and commitment in a way that enhances all relationships. All 3 elements must be balanced to uphold a strong foundation.
When complete you will have practiced and applied all principles to creating solid and healthy relationships.
We begin by learning, in-depth, what is it to be in relationship with-self, then later in the program I invite you to choose anyone of your choice to join you with your weekly homework exercises.
Some Outcomes to Expect and Experience:
- Why does one partner want more sex than the other?
- Why are we attracted to our opposite, then understand what you can do about it
- How to bring back the “honeymoon stage” back into your relationship – meaning each partner is happily serving the needs of each other in all areas of their relationship
- How to attract the next partner and be in a happy, satisfying, long lasting relationship
- Getting intimate with yourself: personality traits, sexuality, how you learn and communicate with your own language (and your significant other, or…)
- Learning your values and how they contribute to your choices and behavior
- Building trust and being seen as trustworthy
- Living in integrity and commitment
- Communicating what you want and making clear requests
- Dealing with conflict and working for resolution
- Developing healthy personal boundaries
- Understanding, applying and enhancing your relationship with your significant other, friends, family, co-workers
- Celebration Ceremony… tons of fun!

Individual Coaching (8-12 week program depending on needs):
- 8-12 One-on-One, 1-1 ½ hour Sessions – Weekly or Every Other Week.
Includes Hypnotherapy or Sound Healing per session.
Weekly, or every other week, payment plan and schedule to be determined accordingly.
